How can I pay for my purchase?
Customers from EU and Scandinavia are able to pay with a standard bank transfer, but we are also accepting credit card payments with:
– Maestro
– Mastercard
– Visa
– Bank Transfer
– Paypal

Customers within the country of Poland can choose from paying at our office in Poznan, cash on delivery or by the PayU payment platform. They can also pay with a credit/debit card or using the PayPal account.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
Shipping address can be changed by contacting us via phone or e-mail: office@electronite.eu. Change of the shipping address can be made before the order is sent.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
UPS and GLS couriers – deliver within 48 hours (business days) to EU countries and Scandinavia. In Poland, the delivery time is 24 hours. For the delivery to be faster make sure your order is paid till 12:00 a.m.

Are custom duties for delivery to my country included in the price?
For all deliveries of orders to countries outside of UE (Scandinavia, Baltic countries, Russian Republic) a customs duty will apply when the product will arrive at the territory of a certain country.
